Giant ships continue to flock to Damietta Container Terminal
𝗗𝗖𝗛𝗖 (Damietta Container & Cargo Handling Co.) received the giant container ship HMM MIR of the shipping line HMM (Hyundai Merchant Marine) for the second time in a row in two weeks, as the ship was anchored on container berth No. (1) on Thursday, June 1, 2023, in its second trip to the Damietta Container Terminal, and also the giant ship HMM DAON, which is also affiliated with the shipping line HMM, was entered on Thursday, May 17, 2023, and this confirms the confidence of the global shipping lines at the Damietta container Terminal and its skilled workforce capable of unloading and shipping containers quickly and efficiently.
For his part, 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐚𝐟𝐢𝐤 𝐆𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐥 - Executive Managing Director of Damietta Container & Cargo Handling Co. announced that the terminal continues to implement its giant investments to ensure the provision of distinguished services to its customers from global shipping lines as well as Egyptian exporters and importers, and that the company succeeded in achieving a boom in performance rates during the last period, which led to the absence of any waiting for ships, which are left on the container berths upon their arrival at Damietta Port.
