Damietta Container and Cargo Handling Company received the container ship 𝗛𝗠𝗠 𝗠𝗜𝗥 of the shipping line 𝗛𝘆𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗶 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 (𝗛𝗠𝗠) on its first voyage to Damietta Port coming from Jeddah Port, where the ship anchored on container berth No. (1) on Monday, May 8, 2023, was handled with 6 giant quay cranes and 2647 containers were unloaded and shipped. The 𝗛𝗠𝗠 𝗠𝗜𝗥 is the largest container ship that calls Damietta Container Terminal since its inception, with dimensions of 365 meters in length, 51 meters wide, draft 15 meters and a maximum load of 16,000 TEUs.
